We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005;
Promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 20 December 2007.

CHANGE ALL 'ARTICLE 14 OF LAW 3 October 2007 No. 107
"ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMMITTEE ON REGIONAL POLICY"


Art. 1

Article 14, paragraph 1, of the Law 3 October 2007 n. 107 is replaced by the following:
"Proposed Detailed Plans or variants to the Detailed Plans
still held at the Town Planning Office at the date of approval of this law will be examined, with
current mode at the time of their deposit by 30 April 2008. ".

Art. 2

This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
