N. 9. Law that makes changes to the laws on mortgage fees. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX in His today's Returned: Art. 1. Subject to the laws August 4, 1927, # 13 e 18 March 1936 No. 3 on taxes mortgages are brought the following changes: the proportional fee applies: 1) - for entries in lire a reason for every hundred pounds of the sum inscribed; 2) - for recordation subingresso at the rate of 80 cents for every hundred pounds of the sum expressed in the act, or, failing that, the value of the mortgage law that is the subject of formalities; 3) - for mortgage renewals at a rate of 50 cents for every hundred pounds of the amount for which the mortgage is renewed; 4) - for transcripts of transfers of real estate and real estate rights in lire a reason for every hundred pounds of assessed value for the purposes of registration tax or inheritance. Art. 2. With the entry into force of this law previous laws are repealed on the subject, which, however, will apply for employees formalities to acts done or operable succession before, as long as they are applied for within the normal period payment of the relevant registration fees or inheritance.
