2. No law governing the sale, distribution and export of wine. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino promulgate and publish the following Law approved by the State Council in his today's Returned: Art. 1. 'The export, in any quantity, otherwise detained by local wine the Republic. The Government Commission for public Annona will allow export in exceptional cases and in view of serious reasons. Art. 2. The current lives and future of wine at any means available to the demand and consumption, and will never take on the character of hoarding. Art. 3. The sale price of the wine retail must never exceed one hundred pounds (L. 100) to the degree Hectoliter. Art. 4. The Government Commission for Public Annona, ccorrendo, is authorized to issue any additional provisions for the rational consumption of wine sale and distribution. Art. 5. All the provisions on wine previously issued by any authority means repealed. Art. 6. Violators will be subject to sanctions and penalties provided for by Law 27 June 1942 No. 21 contains penal provisions and criminal proceedings relating to Annona and essential public goods. Art. 7.
