We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
availing ourselves of the faculty concesseCi by the Great and General Council at its meeting of December 7
1944;
We decree, promulgate and send for publishing:
Unique Article.
At Union Extraordinary for examining responabilità fascist, established by Law
October 25, 1944, its powers of investigation conferred on the Judicial Authority with regard to the right to
question persons, to examine witnesses , to acquire even existing documents held by third parties
with the threats of the law.
Given at Our Residence, this day of December 8th, 1944 (1644 dFR).
