Law No. 38 establishing a commission for the assessment and the assessment of the war damage. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino concesseCi availing ourselves of the faculty of the Great and General Council during its session of 16 November 1944; We decree, promulgate and publish: Art. 1. 'A Commission for ascertaining and go-switched damages for acts of war in the neutral territory of the Republic. The Commission consists of the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, who chairs it, the Government auditors with Vice-Presidents functions: by the Engineer Head of Technical, Conservative from the Office of the Register of Mortgages, which will act as Secretary ; three members to be appointed by the Great and General Council. The Commission will be able to avail themselves of technical pads in place, and consultants to assess the damage. Art. 2. Any person who is aggrieved by acts of war shall be entitled to request the investigation by means of access, or legal expertise, without contradiction thorium, of destroyed property, and the state of impaired assets, in order to preserve the evidence of the damage immediately. The assessment may also take place by means of a description of the things damaged filed by the injured to the Office of the Commission. Art. 4. With Reggenziale Decree rules will be laid down for the evaluation of damage to people and property. Art. 5 The denunciations of the war damage and verification applications must be submitted to the Commission no later than 31 December 1944. Art. 6.
