Law amending Article. 11, dated March 8, 1927 on the licenses for the exercise of
industries and businesses.

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in
Seat models July 4, 1945:
Art.
1. A modification of art. 11, dated March 8, 1927 for the issuance and renewal of licenses for
the exercise of industry and commerce are established the following fees:
a) for the industry and for businesses related to alcohol and vinous: much if sold sun,
as if commingled with the sale of other genres - the concession fee is L. 300 and that of
renewal is L. 160;
B) for all other industries and for all other businesses the tax concession is 150 L. and that
renewal is L. 80.
Art.
2. This Act will take effect on 1 July 1945. Since
