No. 50. Law abolishing the nobility titles and reserves the Great and General Council the granting of decorations in the San Marino Orders and Sant'Agata. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in its models Returning September 16, 1946: Art. 1. The Law of 29 September 1931 on the organization of the nobility was abolished. Art. 2. And 'reserved to the Great and General Council the granting of decorations in the Equestrian Order of San Marino and Sant'Agata for about as well as gratitude to those who have cooperated with signal services to the welfare and prestige of the Republic. Art. 3. The Magisterium of Sant'Agata is preserved with consultation and education functions for awarding decorations. Art. 4. This Act comes into force immediately after its publication.
