No. 2. Law on compulsory restorations needed for civil dwelling houses and farmhouses. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino availing ourselves of the faculty concesseCi the Great and General Council in sessions of 30 January and 27 February 1947, promulgate and publish the following Law on the mandatory nature of the renovations needed for civil dwelling houses and all housing farmhouses. Art. 1. E 'obligation to the owners of the necessary work done to stability and habitability of houses or of residential apartments as well as the farmhouses. Art. 2. The Commission's housing report to the Secretariat of State for Internal Affairs on houses that need repairs also specifying the work deemed necessary. The Secretariat of State, heard the reference in the Technical Government coll'Ufficio of Hygiene connection, communicate to the owners, with a written order, the work to be performed and the date by which they must be executed. The owners, within ten days of notification, will forward their comments on which will decide, and permanently, the State Congress. Art. 3. Art. 4. In the case indicated in the previous article the Technical Office, completion of the work, draw up the bill for expenses incurred and duly approved. This parcel will be communicated to the Secretariat of State for Internal Affairs and for Finance and, by means of a cursor, notified to the owner debtor with the notice to pay the amount due within thirty days, the Government Case. After the time limit for paying the Treasurer will act with sommarissima procedure directorial hand. Art. 5. The Congress of State may grant the payment of charges due to happen in more 'rate with 5% interest payment. Art. 6. The Public Treasury shall enjoy, without the obligation of the registration formalities, the privilege restored on the property for the amount of the expenses incurred as well as the related interest.
