No. 44. Law establishing the Directorate of accounting and financial services. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting on 18 September 1947. Art. 1. E 'established the Directorate of all state and parastatal accounting and financial services. Art. 2. For the above services is headed by a Director bears the title of Doctor of Economic Sciences and Commercial or accountant or other equivalent qualification. It is the Secretariat of the dependencies of the Interior and Finance. Art. 3. The Director is appointed for a term of one year of probation and is entitled to the remuneration provided for by the organic table. Art. 4. The appointment may be for competition or to call. Art. 5. The Director has the supervision and control of all accounting and financial services as well as the real estate and securities of state and parastatal entities. It must report on the financial statements projects, on the final and all the accounting order operations, economic, financial on which is requested. Art. 6.
