No 46. Amendment of Art. 4 of Law 29 October 1946 on the import and export of goods

We Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following decree approved by the Great and General Council in its session
models 17 September 1949.
Sole article.
Imports and expropriation of goods to or from foreign countries through the Italian territory
are subject to a license in the name of one percent tax on goods industry use
and two percent for the commercial value of the goods, marked on the bill
origin.
The fee must be paid in advance in a lump sum at the
Registry Office.
They will be exempt from export tax goods produced or processed or transformed in this
territory with solid or semi-finished materials for which import tax has been paid.
Given at Our Residence, this day of September 19, 1949 (1649 dFR).
