No. 2. Transitional law on land reclamation. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in its session delli 10 January 1950. Art. 1. The owners of land likely, in the opinion of the Agricultural Commission, the improvements provided by law October 29, 1946, n. 57, will have to carry them out by the spring of this year, taking the workforce through the Office of Government employment. The upper limit of expenditure for such improvements is, for each fund, two thousand lire for each of land tornatura of which it is composed. Art. 2. The Agrarian Commission, felt the owners and made the necessary site inspections, will determine the works to be performed and will communicate to the interested parties by registered letter setting the terms for the execution. Art. 3. For the improvement works ordered by the Agrarian Commission will be paid on government contribution required by law October 29, 1946, deducting therefrom any costs for inspections. Art. 4. In case of non-compliance with the Commission will be able to fulfill the orders this office works. In this case, completion of the work, the amount of expenditure will be communicated to the owner with an order to pay within thirty days; failing payment collection will be entrusted all'Esattoria Government which will proceed in the manner and with priv legi established for the collection of taxes.
