Granting of contributions for the restoration and adaptation of urban dwelling houses.

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 29 April 1952
:
Art.
1. In order to promote the restoration of urban residential houses of the State will pay the sum of 10 million lire
for contributions to be granted pursuant to the provisions set forth in articles
.
Art.
2. For the purposes of this Act has established a government committee, composed of a chairman and six members
. Will be part of that Commission, in an advisory capacity, the Chief Engineer
Technical Office, the Director of Health, the Chief Accountant of the State Accounting.
Art. 3.
They are entitled to the contribution all those who will perform works of restoration and adaptation of the house
they own, as long as the overall cost estimate for the work on is not less than L. 50,000 and not more than a
L. 500,000 and as long as the execution of work on is entrusted to workers
authorized by the Placement Government.
The grant will be given, upon detailed request of interested parties, the Commission
of the article above.
Art. 4.
The contribution will be given to those whose total annual family income does not exceed L.
800,000 and will be paid in the amount of 20 - 30 - 35% on the overall budgeted expenditure in proportion to the annual income
family globae of applicants.
The Commission will establish the amount of the overall cost estimate for the work of restoration and adaptation
proposed by the applicant.
Art. 5.
If during the execution of the restoration work and adaptation, for reasons of urgent need technical
recognized by the Commission, the initial budget approved
suffer increases or decreases, the contribution will be reviewed by the Commission itself , for an adjustment to the new
needs, within limits set by article. 3.
Art. 6.
The contribution will be granted to the extent of one-third of the total amount of work performed in mid
, for another third work is completed and the remaining proven to work by the Technical
Government.
The payment of installments will be ordered by the Commission after checking the status of jobs.
Art. 7.
The beneficiaries of aid under this law will not take advantage of that levy
that for only one stable owned by them and no more 'na time.
Art.
8. This Act comes into force after its publication.
