186/2005;
Promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 4 August 2008.

AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW 21 December 2007 129 AND CHANGES TO THE FINANCIAL
FORECAST OF STATE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2008



Art.1
For the financial coverage of charges relating to the implementation of the provisions of Article 22 of the Qualified Law
May 11, 2007 # 1, is established the Chapter 01/01/1397
"Charges for 'informing people on lists and coalitions for electoral consultations "with a
allocation of € 600,000.00.


Art.2
According to Article 25 of Law 30 of February 18, 1998, in compliance with resolution of the Congress of State
34 of 30 July 2008, it has approved the draft of
Annual Statement of Changes forecast of State for the financial year 2008, which is amended as follows:


been forecasting an Entrance Title 1- Tax revenues € 602,675,300.00
Title 2- Revenue extratributarie € 64,926,362.88
Title 3- Alienation, depreciation of assets
and debt repayments of € 6,961,000.00
Title 4- Revenue from power by mortgages € 15,356,782.50
Title 5- Ride Games € 38,446,000.00 Total
General Revenue € 728,365,445.38

Art.3
Article 27 of Law 129 of 21 December 2007 and amended as follows:

"Art.27
(Funding of Parties and Political Movements)

Under Articles 2 and 5 of Law 170 of 23 November 2005, for the year 2008
State contribution to be granted to Parties and Political Movements it is set at € 3,392,866.70 with
entry on cap.1-1-1450. ".


Art.4
Article 39 of Law 129 of 21 December 2007 is amended as follows:

"Art. 39
(Mortgage tie)

And 'it allowed the lighting of a mortgage balance of the Budget deficit in 2008 up to €
11,256,782.50. ".


Art.5 (Entry into force)

This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
