Poboi The wallpaper or other violent acts that caused physical pain but did not result in the consequences referred to in article 115 of this Code, committed from hooliganism, but on the grounds of political, ideological, Racial, national or religious hatred or enmity, or hatred or enmity against a social group,- shall be punished by up to three hundred and sixty hours or by correctional labour for a period of up to one year, or by restriction of liberty for a period of up to two years, or shall be punished by imprisonment for the term of up to five years or imprisonment for the term of up to five years or imprisonment for the term of up to two years.
