Article 3 Part 1 of the article 22 Federal Law of 6 May 2011 N 100-FZ "On Volunteer Fire Protection" (Russian Federation Law Assembly, 2011, N 19, Art. 2717), amend to read: " 1. The volunteer fire department carries out the service (duty) of the firefighting and rescue garrison and is involved in fighting fires and carrying out rescue operations in accordance with the procedures for the use of force, and Fire and rescue garrisons for fire fighting and rescue operations approved by the federal executive authority responsible for fire safety.
