RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 39-5 of the Land Code Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma on December 17, 2014 Approved by the Federation Council on 25 December 2014 Article 1 Article 39 to 5 of the Russian Land Code OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 44, sect. 4147; 2014, N 26, est. 3377) A change in the following wording: " 6) a plot of land to citizens with three or more children, in the case and in the manner prescribed by the State authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The State authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation may require that such persons be taken into account as persons in need of accommodation or have reasons for placing them on the premises. This accounting and the possibility of providing such citizens with their consent of other social support measures to provide accommodation in return of land to their property is free of charge; ".
