RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 18 of the Federal Law "About banks and banking activities" Adopted by the State Duma on September 20, 2013 Approved by the Federation Council on 25 September 2013 (as amended by the Federal Act of 3 February 1996) The Congress of People's Deputies of the Soviet Union and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR), 1990, 27, and 27. 357; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1996, No. 6, art. 492; 2006, N 19, sect. 2061; 2007, N 1, est. 9; 2013, N 11, est. 1076) the change, stating it in the following wording: " Unless otherwise provided by the international agreements of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Russia has the right, in agreement with the Government of the Russian Federation, to install for credit institutions c "Foreign investment restrictions on the conduct of banking operations, if in the relevant foreign countries banks with Russian investments and branches of Russian banks are subject to restrictions on their establishment and activities."
