RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending certain pieces of legislation of the Russian Federation in connection with the adoption of Federal Law

The statute of limitations for administrative liability for administrative offences committed in Antarctica starts to run from the day of the submission of the case file to the authority, the official authorized to draw up the records of the Administrative Offences. "; 2) Chapter 8 to supplement Article 8.43 with the following content: " Article 8.43. Violation of the requirements for the implementation of the activities in Antarctica and the conditions for its implementation 1. The exercise by Russian citizens and Russian legal entities of activities in Antarctica without permission- entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of one thousand to two thousand rubles; for officials-from 50,000 rubles ($1,100,000); and organizations, up to 1 million rubles. 2. Execution by Russian citizens and Russian legal entities of activities in Antarctica in violation of the requirements for the performance of activities in Antarctica and the conditions of its implementation established by a permit- has an overlap 50,000 rubles ($1,500,000) is in the amount of up to 1,000 rubles ($1) in Russian. 3. The acts referred to in parts 1 and 2 of this article and causing damage to the Antarctic environment,- shall be punishable by administrative fine from one thousand to two thousand rubles; for officials- 50,000 rubles ($1,500 to $1,200); and organizations, up to 1 million rubles Note. Under the authorization for the purposes of this article, the document issued by the authorized Government of the Russian Federation by the federal executive branch shall establish requirements for the performance of activities in Antarctica and the conditions for its operation. "Implementation and in accordance with which the activities of Russian citizens and Russian legal entities in Antarctica are carried out."; 3) Part 1 of article 23.28, after the words "article 8.40", insert the words ", article 8.43"; 4) 29.5 To be supplemented with Part 6, as follows: " 6. The case of an administrative offence committed in Antarctica shall be considered at the place of residence of the person against whom proceedings are conducted in the case of an administrative offence. ". Article 5 The law comes into force from the day of its official publication.
