Days of military glory in Russia The following days of Russian military glory are established in the Russian Federation: April 18-the Day of the Victory of the Russian War of the Prince Alexander Nevsky over the German knights on the Chudskoe Lake (Ice Bow, 1242); September 21-Day of Victory of Russian regiments led by the great Prince Dmitry Donskim over Mongolo-Tartar battle (1380); November 7-Day of military parade on Red Square in Red Square Moscow to commemorate the twenty-fourth anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution (1941); July 7-Day of Victory of the Russian Navy over the Turkish fleet in the Battle of Chesme (1770); July 10-Victory Day of the Russian Army under the command of Peter the First above the Swedes in Poltava battle (1709); 9 August-Day one in Russian history of Russian Navy naval victory under the command of Peter the First over the Swedes at Point Gangut (1714); December 24-Turkish Fortress Day by Izmail troops under the command of A.
