RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the performance of the budget of the Social Insurance Fund Russian Federation for 2010 Adopted by the State Duma on September 21, 2011 Approved by the Federation Council on 28 September 2011 Article 1 1. To approve the performance report of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (hereinafter-the Fund) for 2010: 1) the total amount of the Fund's budget in the amount of 463,776,664,600 people. The budget deficit will amount to 4.5 billion rubles ($1.5 billion). Tatarstan budget income in 2016 was approved in the amount of RUB 87.013 billion. The return of the balance of subsidies and subventions of the past years from the Fund in the amount of 4,632.9 thousand rubles. In 2009, the federal budget of the Federal Fund for Compulsory Medical Insurance in the amount of 8,318,200 rubles ($219.6 million) was approved by the federal budget. The total amount of expenditures of the Fund for 2017 is estimated at $385.5 million. The budget deficit will amount to 2.36 trillion rubles ($33.7 bln), or 3% of GDP. The budget deficit will amount to 4.36 trillion rubles ($33.4 bln), or 3% of GDP. -Ruble. 2. To approve the total income of the Fund's budget for the period of compulsory social insurance in the event of temporary inability to work and maternity in the amount of 319,404,090,200 thousand. The budget deficit will amount to at RUB 41.7 billion, RUB 37.4 billion from RUB 47.4 billion the year before. The budget deficit was approved in the amount of UAH 29.3 billion as of January 1, 2016. The budget deficit will amount to 2.63 trillion rubles ($33.4 bln), or 3% of GDP. -Ruble. 3. To approve the total expenditure of the Fund's budget for the period of compulsory social insurance in the event of temporary inability to work and maternity in the amount of 353,610 741,700. The total amount of investment in the sector in the amount of 348.6 million rubles is more than in the case of industrial accidents. -Ruble. 4. Approve the total budget of the Fund for the performance of public regulatory obligations in 2010 in the amount of 431 958 211.1 thousand. -Ruble. 5. The total budget deficit of the Fund in the amount of 272,630.6 thousand is approved. The budget deficit will amount to 2.36 trillion rubles ($31.3 bln), or 3% of GDP. The amount of the fund's budget for compulsory social insurance from industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the amount of 7,832,945,700 rubles was approved. -Ruble. 6. To approve the reduction of the amount of the insurance reserve for compulsory social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases in the amount of 30,539,539,100. In 2010, the budget deficit of the Fund for Compulsory Social Insurance in the event of temporary incapacity for work and maternity will be covered.
