Federal Law On Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in the Russian Federation 18 November 2011 Approved by the Federation Council on 25 November 2011 Article 1 Article 11-1 of the Federal Law dated 24 November 1995 N 181-FZ " On social protection of the Russian Federation " (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 48, art. 4563; 2003, N 43, sect. 4108; 2004, N 35, sect. 3607; 2008, N 30, article 3616; 2010, N 50, sect. 6609) The following changes: 1) Part 16 should read: " Annual allowances for disabled persons ' maintenance costs and veterinary services for dogs are set at 17,420 " The amount of annual cash compensation for persons with disabilities of maintenance costs and veterinary services for dog-conductors is increasing (indexed) under the federal budget law The corresponding year and the plan period, taking into account the level of inflation (consumer prices). The Government of the Russian Federation accepts the decision to increase (indexation) of this annual monetary compensation. The Government of the Russian Federation determines the procedure for paying annual monetary compensation to persons with disabilities for the maintenance and veterinary services of dogs-conductors. ".
Article 2 The law comes into force on 1 January 2012.
