RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the implementation of the 2008 budget of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund adopted by the State Duma on December 16, 2009 year Approved by the Federation Council on 25 December 2009 Article 1 1. To approve the performance report of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) for 2008 with the following main indicators: 1) the total amount of the Fund's budget in the amount of 162,620,885,300 people. The budget deficit will amount to 2.75 trillion rubles ($30.1 bln), or 3% of GDP. The budget deficit will amount to 1.03 trillion rubles ($33.4 bln), or 3% of GDP. -Ruble. 2. To approve the source of funding of the Fund's budget deficit from the fund balance of the Fund in the amount of 6,085 170,000 tonnes. -Ruble.
