RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the implementation of the 2008 budget of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund adopted by the State Duma on December 16, 2009 year Approved by the Federation Council on 25 December 2009 Article 1 1. To approve the performance report of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) for 2008 with the following main indicators: 1) the total amount of the Fund's budget in the amount of 162,620,885,300 people. The budget deficit will amount to 2.75 trillion rubles ($30.1 bln), or 3% of GDP. The budget deficit will amount to 1.03 trillion rubles ($33.4 bln), or 3% of GDP. -Ruble. 2. To approve the source of funding of the Fund's budget deficit from the fund balance of the Fund in the amount of 6,085 170,000 tonnes. -Ruble. Article 2 Approve the following performance indicators for the Fund for 2008: 1) the sources of internal funding for the Fund's 2008 budget shortfall in accordance with Annex 1 to this Federal Law; (2) The Fund's 2008 budget revenue in accordance with Annex 2 to this Federal Law; 3) the Fund's 2008 budget expenditure according to Annex 3 to this Federal Law; 4) Transfer of grants from the Fund to territorial funds Compulsory health insurance for compulsory health insurance under the basic compulsory health insurance scheme in 2008 and for completion in the first half of 2008 actually released medicines to individual categories of citizens in 2007, according to Annex 4 to this Federal Law; 5) allocation of subsidies from the Fund budget to territorial funds Compulsory health insurance for compulsory health insurance Non-working population (children) in 2008, according to Annex 5 to this Federal Law; 6) allocation of subventions in 2008 to the financial support of the State job for additional free medical care Assistance provided by general practitioners, paediatricians of district paediatricians, doctors of general practice (family doctors), nurses of district doctors-general practitioners, paediatricians of the district doctors, doctors of doctors General Practice (Family Doctors), according to Annex 6 of the of this Federal Act. The budget deficit will reach 5.22 billion rubles in 2016. In 2007, the federal budget for the provision of public social assistance to certain categories of citizens was not fully allocated to certain categories of citizens.
