RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On abolition of some district courts Arkhangelsk region adopted by the State Duma on 19 December 2008 Approved Federation Council on 22 December 2008 Article 1 In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 31 December In 1996, the Russian Federation's judicial system was as follows: 1) to abolish the Upper Sea District Court of the Arkhangelsk region, transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Krasnoborsk District Court of Arkhangelsk Oblast; 2) to abolish Kargopolsky District Court of Arkhangelsk Oblast, referring to his jurisdiction issues of the administration of justice within the jurisdiction of the Nyandomsky District Court of Arkhangelsk Oblast; 3) to abolish the Lensky District Court of Arkhangelsk Region by passing related to the administration of justice within the jurisdiction of the Vechyodsk District Court of Arkhangelsk Oblast; 4) to abolish the Mezze district court of Arkhangelsk Oblast by transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Lushuki District Court of Arkhangelsk area; 5) to abolish the Shenkursky District Court of Arkhangelsk Oblast by referring to its jurisdiction issues of the administration of justice within the jurisdiction of the Vinogradovsky District Court of Arkhangelsk Oblast; 6) to establish that Jurisdiction of the district courts of the Arkhangelsk region referred to in paragraphs 1 to 5 of this article, extends to the territory of the following administrative and territorial formations of the Arkhangelsk region within the boundaries existing on the date of the entry into force of this Federal Law: In the territory of the Krasnoborsk and Verkhnetoemsky districts of the Nandomsky district court, in the territory of the Nandomsky and Kargopol districts; the Vilet district court in the territory of Vilet and Lensky districts; Lushokonsky District Court-in Lushkonsky and "The jurisdiction of the Primorsky district court of the Arkhangelsk region is extended to the territory of the Penza region." Primorsky District and the New Land of Arkhangelsk Region within the limits of the day of the entry into force of this Federal Law; 8) to the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, to carry out institutional arrangements. Activities relating to the implementation of this Federal Law; 9) The financing of expenses related to the implementation of this Federal Law is financed from the federal budget, within the limits of the funds allocated to the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2 1. This Federal Act shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraphs 1 to 6, of this Federal Act. 2. Article 1, paragraphs 1 to 6, shall enter into force on the expiry of one year from the date of the official publication of this Federal Law.
