RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 13 of the Federal Law "Status of servicemen" Adopted by the State Duma on September 22, 2006 Approved by the Federation Council on 6 October 2006 Article 1 Article 13 (6)-1 of the Federal Law of 27 May 1998 N 76-FZ "Status of military personnel" (Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1998, No. 2331; 2000, N 1, sect. 12; 2002, N 19, Art. 1794; 2003, N 46, sect. 4437; 2004, N 18, sect. 1687; N 35, sect. 3607; 2006, N 1, st. 1; N 29, Art. 3122) as amended to read: " 6-1. Military personnel under contract for military positions of the military educational institutions of higher professional education shall be entitled to salary supplements for the post of associate professor, Professor, Ph.D. and Ph.D. in the Ph.D. in the sizes established by the Federal Act of 22 August 1996 N 125-FZ "On Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education".
