RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending the Federal Law "Federal budget for 2004" Adopted by the State Duma on July 9, 2004 Approved by the Federation Council on July 15, 2004 Article 1 Article 61 of the Federal Law of 23 December 2003 of the year N 186-FZ "On the Federal Budget for 2004" (Collection of OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION The change in the following wording: " The Government of the Russian Federation shall ensure until 31 December 2004 the extension of the debt on budgetary loans issued to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation before 1 January 2004. and in 2004 from the federal budget to cover the temporary cash registers arising from the execution of the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, with the exception of interest-free loans granted for the implementation of the set of measures for the preparation of facilities of the Russian Federation Federation and local authorities, by the autumn/winter period of 2003/2004.
