RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to article 112 of the Labour Code adopted by the State Duma of the Russian Federation December 24, 2004 the year approved by the Federation Council December 27, 2004 year Article 1 to article 112 of the labour code of the Russian Federation (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2002, N 1, p. 3) as follows: 1) part one shall be reworded as follows: "non-working holidays in Russian Federation are : 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 January-new year's holidays;
February 23-fatherland Defender's day;
8 March-International Women's day;
1 may-labour day;
May 9-victory day;
12 June-Day of Russia;
4 November-day of national unity. "
2) supplemented by a new part 3 as follows: "the wages of employees in connection with non-working holidays is not reduced. Sdel'shhikam for payment public holidays, the amount of which is determined by the local Act of the Organization, taking into account the views of the elected trade union body, the collective agreement, employment contract. ";
3) part of the third and fourth parts, respectively, considered the fourth and fifth.
Article 2 this federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 2005 year.
