RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on the establishment of the Novoil'inskogo District Court in the city of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo region adopted by the State Duma February 19, 2003 the year approved by the Federation Council February 26, 2003 year Article 1. In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional law of December 31, 1996, N 1-FKZ on the judicial system of the Russian Federation: 1. Create the Novoil'inskij District Court in the city of Novokuznetsk in the Kemerovo region.
2. Install the Novoil'inskogo jurisdiction of the District Court of the city of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo region extends over the territory of Novoil'inskogo district of the city of Novokuznetsk in the Kemerovo region at the borders existing at the date of entry into force of this federal law.
3. The Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, within a period of three months to take action on the organizational and logistical support, as well as the personnel staffing the Novoil'inskogo District Court in the city of Novokuznetsk in the Kemerovo region.
4. The Government of the Russian Federation to ensure the activities of the newly formed Novoil'inskogo District Court in the city of Novokuznetsk in the Kemerovo region at the expense of the federal budget within the limits of funds allocated to the courts of general jurisdiction.
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication, with the exception of paragraph 2 of article 1 of this federal law, which will enter into force three months after the date of entry into force of this federal law.
