In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 31 December 1996, No. 1-FKZ "On the judicial system of the Russian Federation": 1. Set up Novolinsky District Court of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo region. 2. To establish that the jurisdiction of the Novoliginsky district court in the Kemerovo Region is extended to the territory of the Novilinsk district of the town of Novokuznetsk in the Kemerovo region at the time of the entry into force of the present Federal law. 3. The Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, within three months, to take measures on organizational and logistical support, as well as the staffing of the Novololinsky district court in Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo fields. 4. The Government of the Russian Federation shall ensure the activities of the newly created Novolynskyi district court of Novokuznetsk in the Kemerovo region from the federal budget, within the limits of funds allocated for the maintenance of the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act, which shall be enacted after three months from the date of entry into force. of this Federal Law.
