RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing changes and additions to article 12 of the Federal Civil Status Act adopted by the State Duma on April 2 2003 Approved by the Federation Council on 9 April 2003 Article 1. Article 12, paragraph 2, of the Federal Law of 15 November 1997, No. 143-FZ "On Civil Status Acts" (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation) THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, 1997, N 47, 5340; 2001, N 44, sect. 4149) the words "organ and organ" shall be replaced by the words "the organ", after the words "of the Russian Federation's Pension Fund", to be supplemented by the words "and the body of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation".
