RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to article 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma on June 21, 2003 the year approved by the Federation Council June 26, 2003 year Article 1. Article 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1996, no. 25, text 2954) as follows: the first part of the first paragraph shall be reworded as follows: "1. The crossing of the State border of the Russian Federation without valid documents for the right of entry to the Russian Federation or exit from the Russian Federation, or without proper authorization obtained in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation";
in the second part of the word "protected" should be deleted.
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
