Article 124, paragraph 1, of the Article 124 of the Federal Law of 24 December 2002, No. 176-FZ "On the federal budget for 2003" (Assembly OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (5132) A change in the following wording: " In the event of death in 2001-2003 of the owner of deposits (contributions) or earners (contributions) on children who were on the day of death of the Russian Federation, Compensation for payment of ritual services is paid to the individuals who have paid for the payment of the ritual services, upon presentation of a decree of a notary (until the expiration of six months from the day of the discovery of the inheritance) or the heirs on production the right to inherit: ".
