In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 31 December 1996, No. 1-FKZ "On the judicial system of the Russian Federation": 1. To establish the Northern District Court of Orla. 2. To establish that the jurisdiction of the Northern District Court of the Orla city extends to the territory of the Northern Region of the Orla city within the boundaries existing at the time of the entry into force of this Federal Law. 3. The Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, within a period of three months, shall take measures on organizational and logistical support, as well as staffing of the Northern District Court of the city of Orla. 4. The Government of the Russian Federation shall ensure the activities of the newly established Northern District Court in the city of Orla through the federal budget, within the limits of the funds allocated to the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act, which shall be enacted after three months from the date of entry into force. of this Federal Law.
