RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments and Additions to Article 5 of the Federal Law "On the Use of Atomic Energy" Adopted by the State Duma on 14 October 2003 Approved by the Federation Council on 29 October 2003 Article 1. Article 5 of the Federal Law of 21 November 1995, entitled "On the use of atomic energy" (Assembly of Russian legislation, 1995, N 48, st. 4552; 1997, N 7, sect. (808) The following changes and additions: Part Three, as follows: " Non-current radiological sources, radioactive substances and non-nuclear-free radioactive waste can to be the property of legal entities in the federal property, the property of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipal property. Ownership of these facilities is acquired and terminated on the basis of civil law. These objects are subject to the provisions of article 22 of this Federal Law. "; to supplement a new part four reading: " Legal persons make transactions with objects specified in Part Three of this article, subject to the authorization (s) of the right to work in the field of atomic energy. "; part five, delete; part four shall be considered as Part Five. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
