RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 23.3 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offences Code Adopted by the State Duma on 14 October 2003 Approved by the Federation Council on 29 October 2003 Article 1 Article 23.3, paragraph 9, of the Russian Code Administrative Offences Federation OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 1; N 18, sect. 1721; 2003, N 27, sect. 2700) the words "senior district inspectors, district inspectors" shall be replaced by the words "senior police officers, police officers, authorized police officers".
