RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL ACT amending articles 169 and 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma on June 6, 2002 year approved by the Federation Council of the year June 14, 2002 Article 1. in the first subparagraph of article 171, the words "registration or" were replaced by the words "registration or in violation of the rules of registration, as well as representation in the agency conducting State registration of legal entities, documents containing false information, or business activity".
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force from July 1, 2002 year.
