RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing additions to Federal Law "On Civil Defence" Adopted by State Duma on September 13, 2002 Federation Council on 25 September 2002 Article 1. The Federal Law of 12 February 1998 on Civil Defence (Assembly of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1998, No. 7, Art. 799) the following additions: Article 5 to add a new paragraph to the second paragraph: "defines the main directions of the unified state policy in the field of civil defense;"; New paragraphs 6 and 7 reading: " determines the order of evacuation of the population, material and cultural values to the safe areas; defines how people should be trained in ways to protect against hazards; arising from or as a consequence of the conduct of hostilities; " Paragraph 5 of Article 7, after the words "Civil Defence Management System", add the words "and the public warning system of the dangers arising from the conduct of hostilities or as a consequence of these actions"; paragraph 5 Article 8, after the words "civil defence management system", should be supplemented by the words ", the public warning system of the dangers arising from the conduct of hostilities or the consequence thereof,". Article 2. To invite the President of the Russian Federation OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Normative legal acts in accordance with this Federal Act. Article 3.
