RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending article 2 of the Federal Act "On the status of servicemen" Adopted by the State Duma on October 23, 2002 Approved by the Federation Council on 13 November 2002 Article 1. Article 2, paragraph 5, of the Federal Law of 27 May 1998 No. 76-FZ "On the Status of Members of the Armed Forces" (Assembly of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 1998, Art. 2331; 2002, N 26, est. (2521) add the following paragraph: " The benefits, guarantees and compensation provided by this Federal Act and federal laws for members of the armed forces and their families may be extended to other persons and members of their families.
