RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments and additions to Federal Law "On Burial and Funeral" Adopted by the State Duma on 20 November 2002 Approved by the Federation Council on 27 November 2002 Article 1. To amend the Federal Law of 12 January 1996 No. 8-FZ "On Funeral and Funeral" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1996, N 3, Art. 146; 1997, N 26, est. 2952; 1998, N 30, sect. 3613; 2000, N 33, st. 3348; 2001, N 23, sect. 2282; 2002, N 30, est. 3033) the following amendments and additions: in Articles 13 and 14 of the word "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" to read "Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation"; Chapter II to supplement article 14-1 of the following Content: " Article 14-1. The burial of persons whose death is the result of the suppression of their terrorist action Rowing of persons for whom criminal proceedings against their involvement in terrorist activities have occurred " The termination of the terrorist act in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation shall be suspended due to their death. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication. This Federal Law applies to the legal relations relating to the burial of the bodies of persons not buried before its entry into force.
