RUSSIAN FEDERATION Federal Law On Amendments to Article 7 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On State Pensions in the Russian Federation" Adopted by the State Duma 22 March 2001 Approved by the Federation Council on 4 April 2001 Article 1. Paragraph "f" of article 7, paragraph 1, of the Russian Federation Law of 20 November 1990 N 340-I on State Pensions in the Russian Federation The Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, N 27, art. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 895; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1994, N 2, sect. 73; 1997, N 30, sect. 3585) delete. Article 2. The financing of expenses provided for by this Federal Law shall be made from the sources to which the pensions are paid. The financing of expenses related to the implementation of this Federal Law in 2001 is financed by the transfer of the current cash balance of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation as of 1 January 2001. The expenses to be financed from the federal budget are reimbursed to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in 2002 from the federal budget. Article 3. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation shall bring their regulatory legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law. Article 4.
