RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to article 10 of the Federal law "on the budget of the social insurance fund of the Russian Federation for the year 2001," passed by the State Duma April 26, 2001 year approved by the Federation Council May 16, 2001 year, Article 1. To amend article 10 of the Federal law dated February 12, 2001 year N 7-FZ "on the budget of the social insurance fund of the Russian Federation for the year 2001" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2001, N 7, art. 612) changes, and describe it as follows: "to establish that financed by compulsory social insurance in 2001 year, expenditures are incurred for full or partial payment of vouchers for sanatorium-resort treatment and health improvement for workers and members of their families in the sanatorium-and-Spa institutions located on the territory of the Russian Federation, within 350 rubles per person per day for no more than 24 days stay in sanatorium-resort Center.
Payment vouchers for aftercare in sanatorium-and-Spa institutions directly after treatment in hospital is made in full.
The procedure and conditions for the acquisition, distribution, issuing vouchers to sanatorium-resort treatment and health improvement for workers and members of their families, timing the duration of treatment in sanatorium-and-Spa institutions, as well as a list of diseases on aftercare in sanatorium-and-Spa institutions determined by the Government of the Russian Federation. "
Article 2. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
Article 3. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
