RUSSIAN FEDERATION federal law on amendments to article 11 of the Federal law "on burial and funeral" adopted by the State Duma April 25, 2001 year approved by the Federation Council May 16, 2001 year, Article 1. Article 11 of the Federal law dated January 12, 1996, N 8-FZ "on burial and funeral" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1996, no. 3, art. 146; 1998, N 30, art. 3613) to supplement paragraph 5 to read as follows: "5. The burial of the dead of the great patriotic war, including invalids of the great patriotic war, is carried out in the places of burial, taking into account the wishes of the deceased or his relatives ' wishes. Costs related to the preparation for the transportation of the body of the deceased participant or a person of great patriotic war, transporting the body to the place of burial, burials (cremation), manufacturing and installation of gravestones, are compensated at the expense of the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation and other federal bodies of executive power, in which the legislation of the Russian Federation provides for military service, in the manner and to the extent stipulated by the Government of the Russian Federation for the burial of the dead (dead) soldiers, military service call military educational institutions, students, citizens, designed for military training. "
Article 2. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
Article 3. This federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 2002 year.
