RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on making changes in the first part of article 16 of the Federal law "on State benefits for citizens with children" adopted by the State Duma April 26, 2001 year approved by the Federation Council May 16, 2001 year, Article 1. First part of article 16 of the Federal law of May 19, 1995 N 81-FZ "on State benefits for citizens with children" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, N 21, art. 1929; 1998, N 31, art. 3812; 1999, no. 29, art. 3692; 2000, N 29, art. 3002) worded as follows: "the right to a monthly child allowance is one of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) for each born, adopted, adopted under the tutorship (guardianship) jointly living with him the child until the child reaches the age of sixteen years (student educational institution-until the end of learning them, but no longer than until they reach the age of 18) in families with an average per capita income, the amount of which does not exceed the amount of the subsistence level in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation installed in accordance with the Federal law on the subsistence level in the Russian Federation.
Article 2. Recognize lapsed the second part of article 2 of the Federal law dated July 29, 1998 N 134-ФЗ "about entry of changes and additions to the Federal Act" on State benefits for citizens with children "(collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1998, N 31, art. 3812). Article 3. This federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 2001 year.
