     Chapter i. OBŜIEPOLOŽENIÂ Article 1. Osnovnyeponâtiâ for the purposes of this federal law uses the following concepts: TB is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis;
     the active form of tuberculosis, tuberculosis, signs of activity kotorogoustanovleny as a result of clinical, laboratory, radiological investigations;
     contagious formatuberkuleza-active form of tuberculosis, in which proishoditvydelenie Mycobacteria tuberculosis;
     TB patient-patient active tuberculosis;

Article 2. Pravovoeregulirovanie in preventing the spread of tuberculosis in the Russian Federation 1. Legislation in preventing the spread of tuberculosis in the Russian Federation consists of this federal law, drugihfederal′nyh of laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, as well as the laws and other normative legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
     2. federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, as well as laws and other regulatory legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation may not ograničivat′prava citizens to protection against tuberculosis and tuberculosis assistance guarantees of access provided for in this federal law.
 
     Article 3. Primenenienastoâŝego federal law 1. NastoâŝijFederal′nyj the Act applies to the citizens of the Russian Federation priokazanii IM TB care and applies in respect of natural and legal persons providing TB assistance on the territory of the Russian Federation.

     CHAPTER II. POLNOMOČIÂORGANOV of STATE POWER of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION, ORGANOVGOSUDARSTVENNOJ AUTHORITIES of SUBJECTS of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION, bodies of local self government in preventing the SPREAD of TUBERCULOSIS in the Russian Federation (the name in red.  Federal law dated October 18, 2007  N 230-FZ-Sobraniezakonodatel′stva Russian Federation, 2007, no. 43, St. 5084) article 4. the powers of the public authorities in the prevention of the Russianfederation spread of tuberculosis in the Russian Federation (naimenovaniev amended by the Federal law of October 18, 2007 N 230-FZ-collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2007, no. 43, art. 5084) to the powers of State authorities of the Russian Federation in the field of the prevention of the spread of tuberculosis in the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the prevention of the spread of tuberculosis) are (in red.  Federal law dated October 18, 2007  N 230-FZ collection zakonodatel′stvaRossijskoj Federation, 2007, no. 43, St. 5084): the Russian Federation State policy in the field of the prevention of the spread of tuberculosis;

     organizaciâgosudarstvennogo epidemiological monitoring of tuberculosis;
     creation, approval and implementation of federal targeted programmes to prevent the spread of tuberculosis;
     elaboration of rules, regulations, requirements and national standards in the field of the prevention of the spread of tuberculosis;
     development of iorganizaciâ system to provide federal assistance to the specialized TB medical institutions (as amended.  Federal law dated August 22, 2004  N 122-FZ collection zakonodatel′stvaRossijskoj Federation, 2004, no. 35, St.
3607);
     obespečeniegosudarstvennogo supervision over the manufacture, storage and transport of TB vaccines and immunobiological drugs for early diagnosis of tuberculosis, their quality, efficacy and safety (as amended by the Federal law dated July 18, 2011 (N) 242-FZ-collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2011, N 30, art. 4590);
     Organization of State statistical observations in preventing the spread of tuberculosis;
     (Abzacutratil force on the basis of the Federal law of August 2004, ot22.  N 122-FZ-collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2004, no. 35, St. 3607) other stipulated by legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of tuberculosis prevention authority.
 
     Article 5.      Article 6-1. Polnomočiâorganov local government in oblastipredupreždeniâ tuberculosis to polnomočiâmorganov local government municipal districts and urban districts in preventing the spread of tuberculosis include the implementation of measures for the prevention of tuberculosis and healthy lifestyle, informing the population, including through the media, about the possibility of the spread of tuberculosis in the municipality in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation, as well as participation in public health education (art. 6-1vvedena the Federal law of October 18, 2007 N 230-FZ-Sobraniezakonodatel′stva Russian Federation , 2007, no. 43, St. 5084; harm. Chapter III. TB ASSISTANCE AS the BASIS for PREVENTING the SPREAD of TUBERCULOSIS Article 7. Organizaciâprotivotuberkuleznoj assistance 1. Okazanieprotivotuberkuleznoj for tuberculosis assistance guaranteed by the State and is based on the principles of the rule of law, respect for human and civil rights, the accessibility of the programme of State guarantees of free medical assistance to citizens (as amended by the Federal law dated August 22, 2004 N 122-FZ-collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2004, no. 35, text 3607; federal law dated November 25, 2013  N 317-FZ-collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2013, no. 48, art. 6165). 2. Tb care is provided to citizens with their informed consent to medical intervention, except in the cases provided for in articles 9 10 of this federal law and other federal laws (in red.  Federal law dated November 25, 2013  N 317-FZ-collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2013, no. 48, art.
6165). 3. Timely identification of TB patients of agricultural animals, improvement on tuberculosis disadvantaged organizations in the production and storage of livestock products shall be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
     7. Implementation of the products produced in dysfunctional organizations on tuberculosis for the production and storage of livestock products shall be carried out in accordance with the sanitary and veterinary regulations of the TB prevention and control animal with a specified disease.
 
     Article 9. Dispansernoenablûdenie 1. 6165). CHAPTER IV. The rights and obligations of persons under DISPANSERNYMNABLÛDENIEM in connection with TUBERCULOSIS, and BOL′NYHTUBERKULEZOM Article 12. The rights of persons under medical observation in the context of stuberkulezom, and tuberculosis patients 1. Persons hospitalized for examination and (or) treatment in the medical anti-tuberculosis organizations are eligible to receive medical managers: anti-tuberculosis organizations information about treatment, on the survey, the discharge of such organizations and on compliance established by this federal law;

     Chapter v. SOCIAL SUPPORT for persons under MEDICAL OBSERVATION in connection with TUBERCULOSIS, tuberculosis patients, MEDICAL WORKERS and other employees involved in providing ASSISTANCE to TUBERCULOSIS (title as amended by the Federal law dated August 22, 2004 N 122-FZ-collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2004, no. 35, text 3607) article 14. Social′naâpodderžka persons under dispansernymnablûdeniem in connection with tuberculosis, and bol′nyhtuberkulezom (naimenovaniev amended by the Federal law dated August 22, 2004 N 122-FZ-collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2004, no. 35, text 3607) 1.      Article 15. Medical, veterinary and other employees directly involved in providing TB care, as well as representatives of organizations for the production and storage of livestock products, serving patients with tuberculosis farm animals are entitled to reduced working hours, additional annual paid leave for jobs with hazardous and (or) opasnymiusloviâmi labour in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
     Prodolžitel′nost′rabočego time and additional annual paid leave health workers directly involved in supporting protivotuberkuleznojpomoŝi, is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
     Povyšeniâoplaty dimensions of labour for work under harmful and/or dangerous conditions directly involved vokazanii TB medical personnel assistance federal budgetary institutions, medical workers of civilian personnel of military units, agencies and entities of the federal executive authorities, in which the law provides for military SSC service, there are installed in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Russian Federation, and medical workers of budgetary establishments of constituent entities of the Russian Federation-in order determined by the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
