Expired-the Federal law dated Sept. 2, N-3 FZ RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amending the law of the Russian Federation "on militia" adopted by the State Duma June 28, 2001 year Article 1. The law of the Russian Federation from April 18, 1991 N 1026-I "the militia" (records of the RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1991, no. 16, art. 503; Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1999, N 14, art. 1666; 2001, N 1, art. 15) supplemented by article 28-2 as follows: "article 28-2. Guarantee police officers elected (appointed), the legislative (representative) or the executive authorities or bodies of local self-government, militia officers elected (appointed) by the members of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, elected deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, deputies of the legislative (representative) bodies of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, leaders of executive bodies of State power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, deputies of representative bodies of local self-government and heads of municipalities, for the duration of the specified authority halted service in internal affairs bodies or dismissed from service in the organs of Internal Affairs their own volition.
