RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments and additions to article 11 of the Federal law "on the status of military servicemen" adopted by the State Duma June 27, 2001 year Article 1. Article 11 of federal law May 27, 1998 N 76-FZ "on the status of military servicemen" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1998, N 22, art. 2331; 2000, no. 1, art. 12) the following changes and additions: the ninth paragraph of paragraph 5 should be deleted;
supplement paragraph 5-1 to read as follows: "5-1. Veterans military hostilities specified in the Federal law "about veterans", granted leave of 15 days ";
paragraph 12 should read: "12. Leave envisaged in paragraphs 1-5, 6, 8-10 of this article, leave for military personnel acting as military service in times of emergency and during armed conflict, as well as leave set for military law of the Russian Federation on the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation due to the Chernobyl disaster ", and leave granted after space flight, are optional and at the expense of basic leave not counted."
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
