RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments and additions to Article 11 of the Federal Act on the Status of Soldiers , adopted by the State Duma on 27 June 2001 Article 1. Article 11 of the Federal Law of 27 May 1998 No. 76-FZ entitled "Status of Members of the Armed Forces" (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1998, N 22, 100. 2331; 2000, N 1, sect. (12) The following changes and additions: paragraph 9, paragraph 5, should be deleted; add to paragraph 5-1 as follows: " 5-1. Veterans of the fighting, as specified in the Federal Act on Veterans, shall be granted a 15-day leave. "; paragraph 12 should read as follows: " 12.
