Amend the Federal Act of 2 May 1997 No. 76-FZ on the destruction of chemical weapons (Assembly of Russian Federation Law, 1997, No. 18, art. 2105) the following amendments and additions: paragraph 4 of Article 1, amend to read: " Transport of chemical weapons-the movement of chemical weapons in special road or rail transport from chemical weapons storage facility to the chemical weapons destruction facility; "; in article 2: part three is supplemented with the words" and the transport of chemical weapons "; Parts 4 and 5 The following wording: " Destruction of chemical weapons It is carried out at chemical weapons destruction facilities located in the territories of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, where chemical weapons storage facilities are located. The sites for the destruction of chemical weapons are agreed with the State authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the local authorities in the territories where the storage facilities are located chemical weapons, and routes for the transport of chemical weapons-with the State authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the local authorities in whose territories such transports are carried out.
