Article 6 of this Federal Act concerning the certification of the arbitrators shall enter into force on 1 March 1999. Articles 6 and 19 of this Federal Act relating to the appraisal of the heads of the provisional administrations, as well as article 25, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act shall enter into force on 1 January 2000.
