RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the budget of the Federal Fund for Mandatory Health Insurance for 2000 Adopted by the State Duma on 3 December 1999 Approved by the Federation Council on 23 December 1999 Article 1. To approve the budget of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) for income in the amount of 2,115.0 million dollars for the year 2000. The total cost of the project is 108 million 810 thousand rubles. The total amount of investment in the project is estimated as 19.2 billion rubles. -Ruble. Article 2. Provision of medical assistance programmes for compulsory health insurance for 211.5 , including: Mother and Child Protection 211.5 Computerization of the compulsory health insurance system 40.0 Training and retraining of professionals for the mandatory Health insurance 3.0 research on compulsory health insurance 4.0 regional meetings and conferences held 2.0 international cooperation on compulsory health insurance issues 3.5 Information and publicity activities 1.5 of the Fund's 37.9 of them: pay 7.7 other expenses 18.0 including: compensation for territorial mandatory funds Health Insurance Expense Insurance Contributions 18.0 fund balance at the end of year 10.0 Article 4. A total of $143.0 million in the Fund's stock of insurance was established in 2000. -Ruble. Article 7. To establish that funds received in 2000 for the Fund's budget in excess of the amounts set out in this Federal Act are aimed at equalizing the financial conditions of the activities of the territorial funds of compulsory health insurance in the framework of the Fund. The basic compulsory health insurance programme. Article 8. The Government of the Russian Federation shall bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law. Article 9.
