RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On adding to Article 123 Family Code of the Russian Federation Adopted by the State Duma on 3 December 1999 Article 1. Paragraph 1 of Article 123 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation (Parliament of the Russian Federation, 1996, N 1, art. (16) After the words "educational institutions," to be supplemented by the words "including children's homes of a family type,". Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication. Article 3. The Government of the Russian Federation shall, within three months from the date of the official publication of this Federal Law, bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Act.
