RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Adopted by the State Duma on April 21, 2000 The Council of the Federation on 17 May 2000 Article 1 Ratified the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, signed on behalf of the Russian Federation in the city of New York on 24 September 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the Treaty).
